Keyboard shortcuts aren’t working.

Do the shortcuts not work only in the extension, or on the website as well?
I don’t see any issues on our end right now. Try clearing your browser data and using incognito mode.

It works fine within the extension itself, but it does not work on the website.
I tried clearing the data, but the same issue persists.
I therefore uninstalled and reinstalled Chrome.
I also tried using Incognito mode.

When watching Netflix, the area marked in red does not respond (though it works fine with YouTube).
I tried pressing every key on the keyboard, but there was still no response. It used to work perfectly before…

@sunny_sun, unfortunately, I still can’t reproduce this issue at the moment. Could you please tell me your screen resolution? It’s possible that the extension is interpreting your desktop as a tablet.

I hope that changing the resolution will resolve this issue…
