How to avoid duplicate subtitles on YouTube and Netflix

I don’t know how to do avoid duplicate subtitles on YouTube and Netflix.

When using Language Reactor, both YouTube’s subtitles and Language Reactor’s subtitles appear at the same time. If I turn off YouTube’s subtitles, the Language Reactor subtitles also disappear, as Language Reactor seems to require them to be enabled.

The same issue occurs on Netflix. To display only one set of subtitles, I have to repeatedly refresh the page until YouTube’s or Netflix’s subtitles do not appear. As shown in the screenshot below, having two sets of subtitles affects the viewing experience.

I am sure I checked on all the tabs of the documentation that can be found here : https://www.languagereactor.com/help/basic.

Thanks for your help

Hi @Lesly, It seems that the subtitles displayed at the top aren’t from LR, but from some other extension. Try disabling all other extensions and leaving only the LR extension enabled.
