Translation player doesn't come up when it comes to log in into the youtube.

I didn’t seem to find the translation play while i am signed in. It happens all the video i am trying to watch with my account signed in, I guess it is some kind error this program has. I mainly use it program on my account logged in, I wish this problem to be solved soon. Thanks you.
