Create Practice sentences based on words from my vocabulary

I don’t know how to do Create Practice sentences based on words saved from my vocabulary from films and podcasts. Now I have practice sentence based only around 5 key unknown words pointed in my vocabulary P.

I am sure I checked on all the tabs of the documentation that can be found here : Language Reactor.

It is changed, and now I have new sentences from Practice. But is it random process or I can manage it?
