Hi, I just paid for premium however whenever I try to generate subtitles in Czech from English (Im in the UK), it says unable to fetch subtitles, and says there is a network error. I have tried to do this on multiple netflix shows but they all say the same thing.

I also spotted the same error a couple of hours ago. So far I can’t get access to any podcasts and youtube videos here (although the Chrome extension still works well)

I cannot get ASR subtitles either. For me, there was at first no error message, just indefinitely saying “Loading subtitles”. Then after several attempts, it started saying “Problem fetching ASR subs. QUEUE FULL.” (and then also “RATE_LIMIT_EXCEEDED” but that one goes away after some time)
The ASR issues are not new, unfortunately it always returns sooner or later. Why is there no automated system checking the functionality and reporting these issue? Granted, it’s happening less than it used to some time ago, but still, when it happens, it usually take days to get it fixed…
