"Failed to fetch translations. Wait and try again" chrome

Bug
1

Lately, I’ve been getting the error “Failed to fetch translations. Wait and try again,” which prevents translated subtitles from appearing.

The strange thing is that this error only occurs in Google Chrome. The extension works perfectly fine in Firefox.

Does anyone know how to fix this?

Hi @dalicon, thank you for your message! Try clearing your browser data and disabling other extensions, or use the extensions in incognito mode.
Let us know if the error still occurs on your end. It may have been a temporary issue on our end that has already been fixed.
