how to cancel my subscription?

Hello,
I tried to cancel my subscription since my account was expired last year.
I’ve got message my credit card is needed to update when I log in to the language reactor website. I’ve figured out my account is still active as pro.

but the cancellation page shows an error (Page Not Found).

I’d like to know where I can cancel my subscription manually and I want to confirm that no further billing will occur.

Please cancel my subscription immediately and confirm that no further billing will occur.

Hello @jds1018, sorry for the confusion, when you log in to your account after deleting it, a new account is created.
Please send your request to languagelearningextension@gmail.com and indicate your account email address to delete your account. Thanks!
