how to reset user level ?

I have been using this daily for a couple of months, how do i reset the user levels again? i tried to set the vocab back to “i dont know any word” but when i go back to phrase pump, the latest sentences just learnt still appear.

reason is, i want to start all over again and make sure i dont miss the words.

HI @raytoei,

I haven’t done this before, but after some sleuthing, it looks like you would:

  1. Reset your Vocabulary Level (as you have done:

Set Vocabulary Level

).

  1. Go to your saved words and phrases and (respectively) check the select all box (after you click all the Learning stages you want to delete) and mass delete the words you have saved.

Click The Select All Check Box

If I am right, this should set you back to zero and effectively reset your user level completely.
