how to reset user level ?

I haven’t done this before, but after some sleuthing, it looks like you would:

  1. Reset your Vocabulary Level (as you have done:

).

  1. Go to your saved words and phrases and (respectively) check the select all box (after you click all the Learning stages you want to delete) and mass delete the words you have saved.

Click The Select All Check Box

If I am right, this should set you back to zero and effectively reset your user level completely.
