Jan 17% off didn't work

Just upgraded to a year and now where did it ever allow me to put in the 17% off discount code. Asking for a refund.

Thanks, I sent the email as requested.

Hello.
How did you get a discount?

Yes I did, had an email this morning showing the adjustment.

My problem is that it won’t let me subscribe in the first place. No option appears anywhere to let me do that.

Possibly related: When I signed in, it automatically activated a 14-day free trial. If I have to wait for that trial to end before I can subscribe, the discount will be over by then!

Hello @Savannah_Johnston
We can disable your trial period if you want to subscribe now. Just let me know

I think it would be even better to simply give the user the option to subscribe regardless of whether they’re currently on a free trial. That’s how every other subscription I’ve ever encountered works. But if that’s time-consuming to implement, then yeah, I’ll probably ask you to disable the trial period. (I’m not asking yet, since I haven’t had time to actually try out the features.)

@Savannah_Johnston We have considered implementing this feature, but it is not a priority for us at this time. Please let us know when you need to unsubscribe :raised_hands:

Hello @Savannah_Johnston,
We have added a subscription feature during the trial period, and you can already use it. :dizzy: :white_check_mark:

Thanks, I appreciate it.

I’m realizing it would also be good to explicitly mark which features are pro features, at least for users who are only on a free trial. I’m trying to figure out what I’ll be missing out on if I don’t subscribe, but I can’t tell which features are pro features.

@Savannah_Johnston,
You can find them in the section Language Reactor
Feel free to ask questions if anything is unclear. :raised_hands: :slightly_smiling_face:

Thanks. The bigger issue is that I couldn’t get to that page on my own.
