I am a Pro user, but the extension has completely stopped working. The direct audio transcription feature has failed for the last two weeks, and now the application provides no subtitles at all.
Please fix this issue.

@Furkan_Senturk thank you for your message. We have been able to reproduce this issue, but not for every video. We are already working to resolve it as soon as possible.
Could you please send us an example of a video where the subtitles aren’t working for you? And does this happen both on Netflix and YouTube?
The issue with subtitles not working lasted only one day; it was resolved after that. However, the mismatch between the dubbing and the subtitles has been an ongoing problem for about two or three weeks, and unfortunately, I cannot prove it with a screenshot. This error occurs on Netflix, though it doesn’t happen with every title; it works perfectly fine for some.
