Lexa AI Not Functioning on Pro Version

Dear Support Team,

I am currently using the Pro version, but Lexa AI is not functioning properly. I keep receiving the message:
「データの読み込み中にエラーが発生しました。」(An error occurred while loading data)

If this is a bug, I would greatly appreciate it if you could look into it and resolve the issue.
