Quit Fullscreen When Looking Up Words

When using the YouTube feature (https://www.languagereactor.com/c/en/yt/t_yt_mix_en), clicking on a word to look up its meaning automatically exits fullscreen mode. This is extremely frustrating and makes the experience unnecessarily inconvenient.

What I don’t understand is why this behavior exists in the first place. I’m simply clicking on a word to check its meaning, not asking the application to exit fullscreen. The Video File feature (https://www.languagereactor.com/video-file) handles this perfectly fine, allowing me to look up words without leaving fullscreen mode.

Why can’t the YouTube feature behave the same way? Why introduce this unnecessary limitation when the exact same functionality already works perfectly in another part of the application?

This inconsistency makes no sense from a user’s perspective. I should be able to look up words while watching a YouTube video in fullscreen, just as I can when using the Video File feature. Please consider fixing this behavior so that looking up a word doesn’t automatically interrupt fullscreen playback.
