When I save the phrases, sometimes we can reply with the actual voices, but other times there comes AI voices. Why is that?

It depends on the source from which you save the phrase:
Netflix - saved phrases are played back using the actual voice from the original audio.
YouTube and all other media sources (podcasts, media files, etc.) - saved phrases are played back using a voice generated by artificial intelligence.
Therefore, this is expected behavior that depends on the source of the phrase.
