I am getting the message We’re having server issues. Please try again later. We couldn’t load the content details. Then I see *Unable to lad data. Try again.).
Is anyone else getting the error message? I got to the above point by going to Language Reactor, selecting: Media, Youtube, then All channels.
If I select Reactor Mix it says ! No items found. The Reactor News and Reactor Comedy are missing, but last night they were there.
Hi @Kimberly_Norton, we apologise for the temporary inconvenience! It appears that updates and bug fixes are currently being rolled out, which is likely causing these server errors. The issue should be resolved shortly, and everything will soon be back to normal. Thank you for your patience!
It’s been 4 hours and the server is still down. If it takes longer that is fine, but if you think it is working, well it is not.
Now the Reactor Mix says “No items Found”. But “All Channels” is working correctly.

With: Vietnamese, Afrikaans, Turkish, Ukrainian, and Filipino, the All Channels for YouTybe are displaying, but Reactor Mix says no items found, and Reactor Comedy and Reactor News do not exist.
I didn’t check all the languages but the major ones were working ok (French, Russian, Greek,….).
@Kimberly_Norton, I can see that this has been fixed. Reactor Mix now has videos, and Reactor Comedy/Music/News are back. Thanks for the update. If you can’t see these changes, try performing a hard refresh by pressing Cmd+Shift+R(for Mac) or Ctrl + Shift + R(for Windows)
