I had an issue today too. Language Reactor worked well on this youtube video in the previous days. But today, I kept getting “Unable to load subtitles”. Even if I refreshed the page or restarted the browser.
I solved my issue by deleting the cache and cookies, then refreshing the page.
I use LR 5.1.8 on Chrome Version 153.0.8010.36 (Official Build) (x86_64) on Linux Pop OS.
Hi @Dr_Ramesh_Patel, this issue is often related to the cache. Try opening the extension in Incognito mode (by disabling other extensions and leaving only LR enabled) or clear your browser data.
You don’t need to renew your subscription. Subtitles are available in the extension even without logging in, simply install the extension and enable it.
