I only use LR on mobile and it looks like my YouTube library has not been updated since I started my subscription. This is inconvenient, not just because I cannot view the most up to date videos, but also because I now need to spend more time searching for new content. I am learning Tamil, German and mandarin and all the libraries for these languages have stopped updating. If there is a manual refresh feature, I have not seen it but it would be useful.
