Accuracy of Vietnamese ASR

Are there any plans to improve the accuracy of the Vietnamese ASR? It’s not very accurate when translating from dubbed audio in Netflix. I imagine this is because the dubs are usually in the southern accent. Furthermore, it’s a stylised version of the accent which takes some pronunciation features from certain southern/mekong accents: v is a y sound and h is a w sound.
