add subtitles to video

I don’t know how to add English subtitles to Language Reactor for a video on youtube.

I want to add these subtitles (with timings; seen below the video):

to this video:

Hi @Ayesha_Nicole,

Language Reactor (LR) doesn’t have that feature as of yet.

To get it to work you would have to download the video to your computer and use LR’s Video File feature for one set of subtitles (can’t have two as of yet) while machine translation displays the translation of whatever subtitles you upload. (I recommend your target language subtitles.)
