I’m not sure if this is suppose to be a pro feature, but saving, marking words as known, tagging words are all pro? I’m new to this application but the only reason why I downloaded this was to save words and export to anki.

it occurs on all the videos - Please let us know from which country you are having the bug (YT and Netflix have different content and subtitles depending on the country the user is located)
