Can't login - Blank page

When I try to log in with “Language Reactor”, I’m directed to this blank page and can’t do anything.
I already tried the changes with cookies settings but nothing helps.

Can someone help me?

I just fixed it! I only had to change proxy settings in my windows configuration, as shown in the figure below
