the problem started today, hover translation is very slow and an error appears when I try to save a word. I’ve tested my connection and it’s perfect.

I’m not 100% sure but it could be their servers/CPU is having trouble today.
It happens sometimes, so it’s good that you reported a bug, and hopefully the LR devs will see it soon and check in on things, if they already haven’t/if they’re currently troubleshooting on their end.
