Exporting to Anki. Following instructions, but cards are reversed from how I'd like them.

So I’ve exported a bunch of saved sentences to Anki following the instructions, however when I open the cards, the front shows the English and the back shows the Chinese. How can I reverse this?

I’ve had the same thing with French and English. The English is on the front but only for phrases I have saved. Words and phrase pump stuff is the right way round

The only way round this is instead of saving the phrase with R ( or pressing the * next to the subtitle ) is to instead mark a word as Want to learn and then just export Words instead of phrases. The word is saved in the context of the sentence so it looks like this on the front

And the back shows the word in French
