Currently CSV export uses machine translation in the “translation” field when exporting to .csv. The human translation is available with the context, so it’s possible to manually edit it in, but it would be better if we had the choice.
I second this, but for Excel also. Choose human if present, fall back on machine, or make it an option, or include both in separate columns.
