I’ve been loving using PhrasePump so far to learn Brazilian Portuguese, but I’ve been running into some problems with one of the voices. When I’m doing PhrasePump it randomly picks between a few readers for the listening exercises. This is fine, but I find it nearly impossible to understand the reader for European Portuguese. There will be times where I know every word in the sentence but I don’t realize it because I can’t understand her pronunciation.
Is there a way for me to remove the European Portuguese text reader from my training? I have zero interest in learning European Portuguese and have only been watching shows and movies in Brazilian Portuguese. My family is from Brazil so I’d really rather focus entirely on Brazilian pronunciation. If there is an option to specifically study Brazilian Portuguese that would also be great.
