How to add simple word cards via export to anki

I don’t know how to make a simple anki deck from the words in my dictionary. I only want to add the words not the sentences. I am doing it in japanese and don’t want the whole sentence just one word at a time. It’s driving me nuts trying to figure it out. They just import the entire sentence and translation onto one card and it’s so complicated

I don’t know either. Having difficulties exporting words from Language Reachtor to Anki

You can use csv export from LR and import to anki by using import file button and select the fields you need.
