How to change from monthly to yearly subscription

I would like to change to a yearly for a monthly subscription without having to unsubscribe.
I want to keep my settings.

Hi @Gerald_Brown,

Currently you would have to cancel your subscription, wait for your subscription to finish, then resubscribe with the new subscription type you want, I believe.

Your setting/saved words wouldn’t be messed up. For the small period of time where you don’t have any subscription—however long it takes you to resubscribe after your current subscription finishes—you would not be able to save new words or use features like ASR.

They don’t delete your data when your subscription ends.

That’s right - after you cancel, as soon as your current subscription period expires, you will be able to subscribe again.

Sorry to say that, Netflix does not offer yearly subscription plans; they only provide monthly subscriptions, where you are charged once a month on the date you signed up. You can use Netflix gift cards to pay for service, or StreamUlt for an extended period, or look for bundle deals that may include Netflix.
