it gave an error even though I paid with paypal, it withdrew money from my account but premium features were not activated. my paypal email and my email for this account are different.

I highly recommend you email LR with this problem. They may be able to respond more quickly than through the forum for this, especially since it’s preventing you from using your subscription:
