paid for "pro" subscription but didn't get it

I have already paid for pro subscription and PADDLE charged my card 4.9USD , but my account still on the basic mode
you have email-ed me and said that no transaction happened
so where did my money go? it’s been 2 days

I’ll appreciate the response and some guidance to find where the problem is
