Language Reactor Error: Failed to retrieve linguistic data: NETWORK_ERROR Lang: en

When I open a video in youtube, this application always show the upper words.
And it couldn’t show vocabulary one by one.I can’t click the word,and I also can’t look up the dictionary anymore.
Could you tell me how to fix it ?
