for some reason LR stopped uploading videos showing the error ‘‘Error loading data’’. it was working yesterday but today it stopped. please help

I’m getting the same on Turtletube for French. Also word hover doesn’t work on youtube/netflix.
It was working fine an hour ago.
Now turtletube is back and the dictionary works in it, but still doesn’t work on youtube/netflix.
