As stated my many users the Media function has stopped working. Tried 10 different videos ( french , spanish, english ) and none worked. Tried small file to large file, no difference.
Different error each time:
ASR failed: Processing failed with status: 502
ASR failed: Network error during processing
Have been a supporter from beginning, but now it feels like they have just abandoned the project.

I have also problem with podcasts. No possibility to download audio.
And I can’t see the possibility to connect with tech support. We can report problems only here?
