I don’t know how to show the touch controls on the iPad when I use the Media File Player. Am I missing something? Or does iOS not support the touch controls?

Touch controls should be available on iPad. I tested this and noticed that touch controls work on iPad mini and iPad Air, but they are not available on iPad Pro.
It seems that on iPad Pro, due to its larger screen resolution, the player is displayed in a desktop-like layout, which may be the reason why touch controls are not shown. This is something that should be fixed.
Could you please let us know which iPad model you are using?
