Audio is not working in the File feature of the app. It has been in this way for three days. The video is fine; the subtitle is fine; just no audio and I’m even using videos that had a sound before, so it’s not the file’s fault.

Is this not working for you on your desktop or mobile device?

Thank you for the reply. I tested the same MP4 file on both desktop and Android, and the audio worked correctly on desktop but produced no sound on Android. Additionally, files that previously played with audio on Android are now silent as well. The issue appears to be affecting Android playback broadly, not just a single file.

I meant this issue still has not been solved to this day, which is more important, because without Audio, the app is no longer usable in my Android phone.

We’re working on it. The issue turned out to be more complicated than we thought, but we’re doing everything we can to fix it
@Yana For now, i found a workaround for this. If you’re on a mac, open imovie, create a new project, and import the audio file and any random photo in it. Now expand the photo for the entire timeline of the audio. This will basically give you the audio in a video format with a static picture. Export the file in an mp4 format. Now, when you upload this into the media player, it will recognize this as a normal video and transcribe it.
I believe you can do the same thing with any video editing softwares if you’re on a windows computer. At first i tried simply changing the file format from mp3 to mp4 but it did not work. You have to convert the audio into an actual video.

Thank you so much for trying to fix it. Language Reactor is wonderful to prepare for exam. In fact, I need it badly for my oral exam. Moreover, I like Aria very much.
