I usually use the media file section to play personal videos from my android phone. But a few time ago, video sound does not play, there is no volume button. It’s not an issue with my phone because, when i play the on-going subtitles audio, and the dictionary audio/voice , it works fine, but the video itself, when it’s playing, there is no audio. And it’s the same issue on multiple browsers.

Please can you help me?

same here Besides, when I use this plugin on YouTube, clicking on words produces no audio and no dictionary pop-up either.

Hello @Lumi_Mimi, I see that the sound works now when I upload a video file to the MediaFile section. Please confirm that this works for you as well. :dizzy: :slightly_smiling_face:
