Sound issue

I have issue with video sound with uploaded video.it used to work fine last around two weeks ago but it just stopped working all of a sudden. If i repeat certain sentence multiple times, the sound will come back temporarily. Any one know how to fix this issue?

I am sure I checked on all the tabs of the documentation that can be found here : Language Reactor.

IDK for me it works and they updated it to allow original audio of video to work which is better and amazing

Yea i just checked. it works on my desktop but it doesnt work on my phone.
