Mobile app/website sound output language wrong

My mobile app/website/pwa is setup like this:

  • Target language: Chinese (traditional)
  • mother language: German
  • In free trial time
  • added to home screen
  • running in Brave browser

Here is how to reproduce the bug:

  • Click the play button in bottom bar

  • Go to “My Texts” (Meine Texte)

  • Click “New Text” (Neuer Text)

  • I added the following Text:
    我捨不得吃這麼好吃的蛋糕。
    媽媽捨不得孩子離開家。
    他捨不得用新買的鞋子。
    她捨不得把舊照片扔掉。
    我捨不得這段回憶。
    他捨不得花那麼多錢。
    他們捨不得分手。
    我捨不得離開這座城市。
    她捨不得自己的寵物。
    我捨不得放棄這個機會。
    Title: 捨不得

  • I click “Start reading” (Lesen beginnen)

OBSERVED BEHAVIOR

  • All the language output of the text is not in standard Chinese. Someone told me its Cantonese. This is ONLY in the mobile app. If I start reading the text in desktop Browser, the audio output of the Text is standard chinese

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

  • The audio ouptut is in standard Chinese, like all the other output in my setting, and in the desktop app
