Hi Everyone. From this morning I see this error, despite the fact my internet is stable and I have no internet issue. Has anyone encountered the same issue?

I also can’t load my saved phrases. “Network Error”. I am also not able to turn the subttles… There is no language reactor “on/off” button :frowning: Both on Netflix and on Youtube.

I expected this issue to be solved very quickly by them. btw, the issue seems like SSL issue on their side. It is a simple technical problem and is not resolved even after a few hours.

Same problem here with my app. There is no anymore app on google store.

Hi @Yana! Same here, it seems to be an old issue but I’ve also experienced this despite the WiFi connection being stable and working with the Language Reactor web interface in general. The problem seems to only appear when I try to save a word from the built-in media player with my own local video file.

@Yana Please note that cleaning the cache and cookies for Language Reactor did not help resolve the issue. Although it helped with something else I mentioned in a different thread.
