Issue just started, I get the following error. Same on youtube and other netflix videos. Any suggestions?

Looks like this is an intermittent issue that has occurred over the past few years.

The fact this keeps happening at weekends suggests it’s almost certainly some simple ops task that could be fixed in minutes if anyone took a look. Extremely annoying for a paid product. I support operations too and I am always contactable if there’s a serious problem so not sympathetic to devs refusing to even take a look.

Was annoyed because I couldn’t access any of my saved phrases that I pay premium for.

But actually, looks like they just updated within the past few minutes and now it’s working again, using a different host. Still, would appreciate a word from the developers.
