I’ve already paid for pro subscription in 11/15/2022 , but I can’t add new words and phrases since yesterday in every video.
I don’t understand why this topic is not popular. Did that bug only affect dun and me?

Did you solve the problem? I have reported the bug in the Settings page, and it works fine now.
I can save words in the Netflix module but they don’t export to the main Language Reactor interface. Therefore, I cannot print or export for review.
Any updates?.. I just started a paid subscription, have the same issue. This is not a great way to treat paying customers.
No, nothing yet. Quite disappointing. Has some great potential but I’m getting frustrated.
