Speaking practice not showing in my account

Hi, I have LR Pro but I don’t see the “Speaking Practice” / microphone option.
On YouTube, when I click the three dots next to a subtitle, I only see “Copy.”
Is this feature available only on Netflix, or should it also work on YouTube?

What do you mean by Speaking Practice?
You can practice speaking in the ChatBot section using a microphone or in the Dictionary/Record popup
