I signed up for a 30 day trial but my account show a basic version and asks me to subscribe how can I rectify this or cancel my original subscription and sign up again.
At the moment its not being very professional.

Hi, the trial is 7 days. Perhaps it expired, or maybe you used a different Gmail account to sign in?
