I have like many other users the Standard-Subscription with advertisment.
Subtitle does not stop when Netflix shows advertisment. After advertisment the subtitle and the video are not synchron anymore.

I have the same problem. USA. I see they never responded to you… can we please get this issue addressed??? I’m a paid user.
