Subtitles are obscured until I move cursor over it

Hi. I notice that subtitles are obscured until I move the cursor over them. I have already chosen “show subtitles below video” in Settings. I want the subtitles to always be shown without me having to move the cursor.

What should I do?

If you set this setting to “Disabled” Subs should no longer be blured.
