Dear team or other users!
I uploaded always form a mp4 (video) and srt (subtitle) format.
Till now, that always worked perfectly and I am very happy with it.
But now I have a specific video, which I want to watch. Fun fact; I can watch the video with another srt subtitle which is not specificly made for this video.
So now my question.
Can the video be the issue or the srt subtitle or both
and is there another video format available to combine with the srt subs to upload.
On VCL both run smooth together.
