Hi,
Love the option to upload your own videos and add SRT files.
Would be great if links to youtube videos could be used instead of having to upload a video from your computer.
I have found lots of videos on youtube that do not have subtitles and I would like to watch them with SRT files I find online USING language reactor.
It happens quite a bit that content creators don’t specify the language of their uploads. This makes it so Youtube does not generate subtitles for them. Where do you find matching SRT files in that case, say, when the content isn’t a TV series or movie?
I gave up on using language reactor. The developers stopped making improvements and just took the subscription money not listening to user issues or even engaging with users. Not worth it.
We can currently use ASR with our local files through MEDIA_FILE_PLAYER_v2.0, which includes automatic subtitle generation. Implementing this directly for YouTube would be very useful. Please consider adding this feature.
