we are required to pay for the subscription, but LR is not required to give us customer service

im tired of dealing with the same problems for a product we pay for. we know you are busy but AT LEAST when we face a bug or a problem give us a statement that you are going to fix it. the LR teams doesnt care at all about customer service


In fact there was a single response yesterday, when the problem started.
They wrote that hard drive was filling up on the servers and it was fixed (except it’s not)

I appreciate the team’s hard work but by not fixing a problem we are wasting everyone’s time


The tool is solid their customer service is not


Customer service is a disgrace. Shame on them.
