YouTube channel cannot be found or added

Hello,

I am trying to add the YouTube channel “Learn German With Falk” to Language Reactor, but it does not appear in the search results.

I entered the exact channel name, but the search engine shows completely different channels instead.

The channel exists on YouTube and is publicly available:

Its podcast page is:

Why does the Language Reactor search engine not find this channel even though I entered its full and correct name?

Is there another way to add a YouTube channel manually by pasting its URL? At the moment, I cannot find any option to add a channel that is missing from the search results.

I am using Language Reactor from Germany. My interface language is Russian, and I am searching for German-language content.

I have attached a screenshot showing the problem.

Could you please check why this channel is not indexed and explain how I can add it to “My Channels”?

Thank you.

Hey @Leo_Leo, It is likely that this channel is not in the YouTube catalogue, which is why it does not appear in the search results.
To use subtitles for the channels you want that aren’t in the catalogue, use the official Language Reactor extension for YouTube and Netflix, available via the link below – https://chromewebstore.google.com/detail/language-reactor/hoombieeljmmljlkjmnheibnpciblicm – for Google Chrome only
