I assume it’s because of the length of the video? It can load the Chinese Simplified subtitles and both the human and machine translated English subtitles, and both AP and skipping to individual subtitles will work. But hovering over words doesn’t work, and the word list tab is also blank.
The bug is consistent on Chrome on both Windows and Mac, and on both logged in and incognito mode.
