YouTube Subtitle Translation Issue on Long Videos

◆ All YouTube videos that are over 3 hours and 30 minutes long.
◆ A bug occurred in Korea
◆ English > Korean

When a YouTube video is longer than around 3 and a half hours, the translation feature doesn’t seem to work properly. Only the original subtitle language shows up, and no translated subtitles are available. Even YouTube’s auto-captions only appear in English. Is this because of the video’s length? Are long videos normally unable to have translations?
